Original exposed Douglas fir beams, concrete, large windows and skylights and an expertly placed shipping container makes this industrial warehouse concept space unique.

Located within The Settlement Building, which is home to Belgard Kitchen, Postmark Brewing, and Vancouver Urban Winery, this space has your event covered for outstanding food and service, boutique BCVQA wine and West Coast craft beer.

We work closely with a number of preferred vendors that covers everything from furniture + decor, entertainment, A/V to photography. Please ask us for more information.

The Details

Built in 1923. The original function of the building was as a steel foundry manufacturing machinery parts. Our front doors are from a historic cathedral in South America and are over 100 years old. The Douglas fir beams that frame the building and run along the ceiling are the originals from the 20s. These features, mixed in with the rustic industrial Railtown neighbourhood as a backdrop, ensure events hosted with us are a unique and unparalleled experience.

In June 2012 we opened to the public as Vancouver Urban Winery, Belgard Kitchen opened not long after in April 2014, and Postmark Brewing followed in June 2014.

Minimum Food + Beverage Spend 2019

Sunday-Tuesday $12,000 + tax/gratuity | Wednesday-Thursday $14,000 + tax/gratuity. A deposit of $2,500 is required to confirm all bookings. Buyouts are accommodated 5:30pm-12am. For Friday + Saturday availability please inquire about our event space, 397 Alexander St.
